How You Receive Your Purchase
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Instant access to your enrolled course(s) via your MasterFlair account at masterflair.com or through our mobile app
- A payment confirmation sent to your registered email address and/or WhatsApp number
- A welcome message on WhatsApp with course access details and support information
There are no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or physical dispatch involved in any MasterFlair purchase.
Course Access Issues
If you do not receive access to your course within 24 hours of a successful payment:
- Check your registered email (including spam/junk folder) for confirmation
- Log in to your MasterFlair account and check your enrolled courses

Digital Certificates
Upon course completion, eligible students receive a digital certificate delivered to their registered email address. No physical certificate is dispatched unless explicitly offered as part of a special program.
