This policy outlines the terms under which students may request a refund within 7 calendar days of their course purchase. Please read this carefully before enrolling in any course or program.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date
You have completed less than 20% of the course content
The purchase was made through MasterFlair’s official website, app, or authorized payment links
The course was not purchased under a special promotional offer, scholarship, or bundle deal
The request is submitted via our official support channels (WhatsApp or email)

How to Request a Refund

Briefly describe your reason for the refund request
We will acknowledge within 24 business hours and complete the review within 3–5 business days
If approved, the refund is credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Please note: Payment gateway/processing fees (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items & Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Request made after the 7-day window has expired
Courses purchased under a flash sale or discount of 50% or more
Free trial or demo sessions converted via a discounted upgrade offer
Courses gifted to another individual
One-on-one mentorship, live workshops, or bootcamp seats — once attended or accessed
Downloadable resources or project files already accessed
Regional language batches (e.g., Telugu) once the live session has commenced
Requests citing “lack of time” or “change of mind” after 7 days

Promotional & Bundle Purchases

If only one course in a bundle is disputed, a partial refund equal to that course’s standalone value may be considered within the 7-day window
Bundles purchased at 50% off or more are not eligible for any refund
If a free bonus course was included and accessed, its value will be deducted from the refund amount

Course Cancellation by MasterFlair

In the rare event that MasterFlair cancels or indefinitely postpones a course:

Students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer enrollment to a course of equal or higher value
All enrolled students will be notified within 48 hours via registered contact details
Minor schedule changes, instructor substitutions, or rescheduling of individual sessions do not qualify under this clause

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your refund request:

A senior team member will review and respond within 5 business days
MasterFlair’s decision following escalation review is final

MasterFlair reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The revised version will be effective from the date of publication on masterflair.com. For courses already purchased, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.
