Welcome to MasterFlair. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MasterFlair website at masterflair.com, our mobile application, and all courses, content, and services offered by MasterFlair Private Limited (“MasterFlair”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our platform, creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MasterFlair
Users between 13 and 18 years must have consent from a parent or legal guardian
By using our platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete
MasterFlair reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be providing false information

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to enroll in courses and access paid content
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You must not share your account with any other person
MasterFlair is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account
You agree to notify us immediately at support@masterflair.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account

4. Course Enrollment & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled course(s) on the MasterFlair platform
Course access is granted to the registered account holder only and is non-transferable
MasterFlair reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time without prior notice
Access duration for each course will be clearly specified at the time of enrollment
MasterFlair does not guarantee uninterrupted access to courses due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control

5. Payments & Pricing

All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. MasterFlair does not store your card or banking details
Course prices are subject to change at any time. The price at the time of your enrollment will apply to your purchase
In the event of a payment failure, please contact us at support@masterflair.com before attempting another transaction
Promotional pricing and discounts are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively

6. Refund & Cancellation

Our refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at masterflair.com/refund-policy. Key highlights:

7-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases
Refunds processed within 7–10 business days of approval
Courses purchased under promotional offers of 50% or more are non-refundable
No refunds once course progress exceeds 40%

7. Intellectual Property

All content on masterflair.com — including course videos, project files, illustrations, text, logos, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of MasterFlair Private Limited
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course content for your personal learning only
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, sell, or share any MasterFlair content without prior written permission
Recording, screen-capturing, or downloading course videos for redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
Student project work created during courses remains the property of the student, but MasterFlair may showcase it for promotional purposes with credit, unless the student opts out

8. Prohibited Conduct

By using MasterFlair, you agree not to:

Share your account credentials or course access with others
Copy, redistribute, or resell any MasterFlair course content
Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Harass, abuse, or threaten other students, instructors, or staff
Post offensive, defamatory, or misleading content in any community or feedback section
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from our platform

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. User-Generated Content

Students may submit project work, feedback, reviews, or comments on our platform
By submitting content, you grant MasterFlair a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content for educational and marketing purposes
You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
MasterFlair reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate

10. Certificates

MasterFlair issues digital certificates of completion upon finishing eligible courses
Certificates are for personal achievement and portfolio use only
MasterFlair certificates are not equivalent to formal academic degrees or government-recognized qualifications
MasterFlair is not responsible for how third parties (employers, institutions) interpret or value our certificates

11. Third-Party Links & Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (e.g., YouTube, software downloads)
MasterFlair is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party platforms
Use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

MasterFlair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform
Our total liability for any claim related to a course purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific course
MasterFlair does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placements, or career results from completing any course
We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your device, internet connection, or third-party software

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MasterFlair Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our platform.

14. Termination

MasterFlair reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the platform
Upon termination, your access to all courses will be revoked immediately
Refunds upon termination will be governed by our Refund Policy

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at support@masterflair.com
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India
These Terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

16. Changes to These Terms

MasterFlair reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on masterflair.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or WhatsApp where possible.

17. Shipping Policy

MasterFlair is a fully digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All course content, certificates, and materials are delivered digitally through our website and application. There are no shipping charges applicable to any purchase made on masterflair.com.
